Our hats are created in Western Australia in a state of the art facility by the Cool Hard Hats manufacturing team then shipped to New Zealand for dispatch. All designing, printing and hydrographic dipping is done in our Western Australian workshop and shipped worldwide.

Yes, please purchase the ADD A NAME option located at the top of the cap, wide & airborne pages.

 

How long does it take to make the hat? when will I get it? 

Please allow 7-10 business days for production, Delivery time is additional. All hard hats are sent direct from the supplier in Australia. 

 

Will I be notified when it has been sent? 

Yes, you will get an Email confirmation. 

 

Do you do large/bulk orders? 

Yes, email info@coolhardhats.co.nz to inquire about large orders.

My hard hat has arrived damaged/broken, what can be done? 

Contact info@coolhardhats.co.nz about any damage to your hard hat during transit.

Do you do AfterPay/ZipPay? 

No, we currently do not offer it on our website.

 

Can Cool Hard Hats provide a Tax Invoice and/or a copy of a test certificate?

Can I get a non-vented version of a hard hat? (No air vents)
